Terms & Conditions:

  • All items are sold in full working order
  • Any item found to be damaged on arrival, please Contact us as soon as possible to discuss options and returns (please see returns policy below).


  • We accept payment online through our website using Stripe. All information given is encrypted and we are only privy to minimal information – please see our Privacy Policy regarding your personal banking data.
  • We accept payment from all major credit and debit cards via Stripe

Shipping: We offer two ways of receiving your items:

  • Click and Collect – you can select local pick up from our shop in Barrow-in-Furness. During the lockdown due to the Covid 19 pandemic, pick up times are between 11am and 3pm, Monday to Saturday. When lockdown restrictions are lifted, customers may collect between 10am and 5pm Monday to Saturday.
  • Delivery – we have organised for delivery of most items at £4.95 – any difference to this will be stated on the product page. All our deliveries will be made by courier service.
  • At times we may offer free delivery, please note that this will be stated on our website and products, and may be only for a limited time.

Returns Policy:

  • Bumblebee at the Hive offers the UK Statutory Returns rights
  • Bumblebee at the Hive will issue a refund if we are informed within 14 days of receiving your goods that you wish to return them.
  • Bumblebee at the Hive must receive the returned goods within 14 days of notification of the above point.
  • Bumblebee at the Hive will issue a refund within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.

If an item is received and faulty or broken, you must Contact us as soon as possible. We can:

  • Replace the item with like for like
  • If this is the last item we have in stock and are not receiving more, we can offer to repair the item if possible or offer exchange for another item of the same value – please note if the replacement item is more expensive, the difference in price will have to be paid by the customer.
  • We will do our upmost to replace or repair any damaged items as soon as possible, in line with government laws, within 6 months of the issue being raised.
  • Please note for returned items (except in cases of fault or damage), the customer is responsible for any postage costs.
